Regional Manager – Psychological Division | Up to $125K + Bonus

I’m partnering with a reputable company on a Regional Manager opportunity within their Psychological Division. This is a key leadership hire overseeing multiple teams across NSW.




This isn’t just a “keep things ticking” role — you’ll have real influence over performance, culture, and growth.




The role:

• Oversee up to 4 teams (20–25 consultants)
• Lead and develop Team Leaders
• Drive performance, engagement, and retention
• Support growth of the division across NSW
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategy
